Yes. The complete product is free for any school, with no student or teacher limits, and it will stay that way: the business model is the optional branding, not the licence.

There's no catch, there's a model: we charge for optional extras — school branding (€20/month) and the starter packs for training (€490) and data (€290), one-time. That pays for development. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Hosted in the European Union, isolated per school, under GDPR. It's yours: export it whenever you want — also if you decide to leave.

Yes, and for free: you import students and timetables from spreadsheets, and grades from Google Classroom. And if you'd rather not touch anything, with the Data pack (€290) we migrate everything for you.

You can export all your data as CSV at any time. The data belongs to the school, not EduGuru. Deletion is handled on request.

A school should not have to pay to take attendance.
